Cancellation Policy
- For orders not shipped out yet, we can support cancellation and partial refund after charging 15% cancellation fee of the whole order amount.
- For orders that have been shipped out, we cannot support cancellation.
- Please email us at service@besmee.com once you decide to cancel the order.
